PF Color Tool is a free graphic utility that lets you play with different colour palettes, select colours from any on-screen object, convert among different formats, mix, identify and organize all the stored colours.

To the colours created by PF Color Tool you can assign your own names and create as many personalized colour lists as you want. You can convert among RGB, HSV/HSB and HEX formats. For it to work correctly you need to previously install DirectX 8.0 or later.
